Soccer uniforms for Iraqi kids

There is a lot of good news in Iraq. Here is an example that never gets in the news. My former college roommate is stationed there with Centcom. He has helped organize donation of soccer uniforms to Iraqi kids from Georgia Park and Recreation through their local National Guard units.

John writes: "June 23: Round two of the GRPA Soccer Gear Donations was delivered to Hamdani Village. 61 Soccer jerseys, socks, shorts and 4 soccer balls were donated by Oconee, Butts, Forsyth, Green and Gwinnett County Parks and Recreation Departments along with the City of Snellville Parks and Recreation and the Dacula Soccer Club. Thanks to all who gave. The kids went wild!"

This is the difference between Judeo-Christian civilization and what we are fighting. Their rogue military behead and gouge the eyes out of their prisoners of war. We donate soccer uniforms to help the children get over the war trauma.
