FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS FOR CHRISTIANS – WED. NOV 1

Attorney Tami Fitzgerald – NC Family Policy Council

On Wednesday, November 1, 2006, at 7pm, Tami Fitzgerald, an attorney with the NC Family Policy Council in Raleigh, will be our guest speaker at Amis Chapel Baptist Church. She will make a presentation on “First Amendment Rights for Christians.”

She will focus on (1) The rights of public school teachers to present material about Christmas and Thanksgiving in their work environments, and (2) The rights of employees to read their Bibles and to engage in religious conversation at work.

Tami received her law degree from the University of Oklahoma and is a wife and mother of one in college and one in high school. Her family attends Providence Baptist Church in Raleigh. Please come and invite your friends in business and education to come and hear Mrs. Fitzgerald’s presentation.
