28th Virginia Infantry Flag captured at Gettysburg

The 28th Virginia Infantry Battle Flag captured at the Battle of Gettysburg by the 1st Minnesota Infantry. Return it to Virginia!

    Return it to VA? I don't see a big problem with that. How about the southern states that have federal flags in their collections (IIRC VA has nine) be returned too?
