Jamie Thompson

I knew the famous Jamie Thompson at Presbyterian College. We called him "Redneck." He wasn't one, though he was from Gaffney, SC, you know, home of the big peach in the sky? He did a combo degree with Auburn in aeronautical engineering and went on to work at ASU. My friend Thomas Davis, mobilization director for Frontiers, saw his face on the bulletin board in his office in Mesa with a house for sale. He is now a big real estate agent in Phoenix. Way to go, Jamie! We're proud of you!
And BTW, Jamie, remember back in 2001 when we met you at Cracker Barrel for lunch over Christmas and you promised to call with your number as soon as you got back to Phoenix? Still waiting on that call, my friend.
