I hope Wesley was speaking of the original manuscripts because any bible scholar will tell you that in the copies since and especially in the translations we have now that there are many errors: mistranslated or badly translated words, added words, missing words, and contradicting passages. Let us remember that Jesus IS the Word of God made flesh and the bible contains words of God and points us to God. But it certainly is not inerrant in its current form.
